Hello! I'm Guisela, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to my photography business, where I specialize in capturing those unforgettable moments that matter most. My journey into photography began when I discovered my passion for creating stunning imagery while awaiting the arrival of my second child. It was the perfect opportunity to document all the precious little moments that come with parenthood—because let’s face it, if I can photograph my kids without them turning into little tornadoes, I can capture anything!

Originally from Colombia, I’ve called Maryland home for nearly my entire life. As a child, I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but my path led me to a rewarding career in nursing. After exploring that route, I earned my associate's degree in Criminal Justice and became a police officer in 2019. Since 2021, I’ve been passionately pursuing photography on the side, and I must say, it’s much easier than chasing down suspects!

When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me hiking and camping with my three kids—Nicole, Noah, and my youngest, Novalie—and my husband, John. We love to travel together, with Costa Rica holding a special place in our hearts (and maybe a few too many sunburns).

It is truly an honor to capture the essence of someone's special day or the beauty of their love story. I can’t wait to share this experience with you and create timeless memories together—hopefully without too many “Say cheese!” moments that turn into giggles!
